粘度：6000-15000cps（因溫度,顏色而異）

細度：5um↓

附著力：5b優(yōu)

80-90℃時,30-40分鐘完全固化

過網(wǎng)性能：200目-400目網(wǎng)紗（用金,銀,珠光粉  調(diào)配之油墨除外）

稀釋劑  ：s90中干水

涂覆面積：30-35㎡/㎏（測試以300目聚脂單絲感光膠,網(wǎng)版為標準）

固化劑  ：h1

油墨使用方法

應(yīng)與ols系列固化劑  配合使用（油墨：固化劑  ≈90：10）。

使用前應(yīng)與ols固化劑  按既定比例充分攪拌10分鐘。

根據(jù)需要可添加10-30％稀釋劑  進行稀釋。

受到污染的素  材應(yīng)在表面用去漬油清洗或擦拭,以利于印刷效果優(yōu)異。

印刷錯誤時,應(yīng)待其未完全干燥前用抹字水去除,重新再印。

印刷過程中遇到網(wǎng)版堵塞之狀況,應(yīng)先用洗版水清洗之后再印刷。

需要套色時,應(yīng)在前顏色表干或硬干后再進行套色工作。

附著力,硬度,耐酸  性,耐油性,耐去漬油性,抗劃傷性,耐磨性等性能的檢測,需要墨層完全固化后方可檢測。

未經(jīng)允許,不得將ols系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。

注意事項

使用前添加適量稀釋劑  充分攪勻。

不同型號的油墨請用專用稀釋劑  。

試印確認符合要求后再批量生產(chǎn)。

做好被印物的表面清除油脂及雜質(zhì)工作,以促進附著效果。

絲網(wǎng)或被印物表面帶靜電,將會造成印刷后油墨會有細孔。

環(huán)境濕度過高會影響印刷效果。

制品涂層實干后,方可疊層裝運。

作業(yè)完畢后剩余油墨緊閉容器封口。

當印刷品質(zhì)出現(xiàn)不良狀況時,請向本公司技術(shù)部咨詢,切勿自行處理。

安  全規(guī)劃

油墨,稀釋劑  使用及儲存時嚴禁煙火。

使用時注意施工場所的通風(fēng)狀況良好。

盡量避免皮膚直接接觸。

本品不慎濺入口,鼻,眼,耳內(nèi),應(yīng)用大量水清洗或直接求助醫(yī)  生。

對本品過敏者,使用前應(yīng)涂覆一層皮膚護膚膏或戴不滲透性手套。
